A new study that followed over 150,000 people demonstrated that the rate of resolution of obesity is less than 1% for individuals with a BMI of 30-35 and closer to 1 in 1000 (0.1%) for those whose BMI > 40. It’s time to rethink the diet & exercise yo-yo and do something DEFINITIVE and PROVEN about your weight sooner than later.
