Around New Years, most people look back and reflect on the previous year. There are usually a lot of accomplishments to feel good about, and also the list of things we still have not done, or wish we could do better.
If you are overweight, losing weight is usually at the top of the list of things you vow to accomplish in the coming year.
What are you waiting for? Surgical associates offers gastric bypass, gastric sleeve and adjustable gastric band surgeries for weight loss. We also recently started a 9 or 18 week medical Optifast program. All of these options can help facilitate weight loss and help you finally achieve that New Year’s Resolution!
If you have had previous surgery, and find yourself falling back into your old bad habits, the new year is a great time to make the commitment to get back on track by attending support group and post op nutrition classes. Happy New Year to all!!
