One of the biggest myths about bariatric surgery within the general public, is that it is “the easy way out”
Nothing could be further than the truth!
Bariatric surgery requires hard work. You will need to make big changes in your diet and activity level.
You will need to attend numerous lectures and classes to learn about your “new” anatomy and how to eat after bariatric surgery.
Lastly, you will be asked to attend support groups on a regular basis to help enforce the behavioral changes necessary to be successful.
Losing weight and maintaining the weight loss is hard work, no matter what method you use.
A deep level of commitment to your new life style will be imperataive to being successful.
Easy way out? No way!!
